HINER & Partners may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. What we collect
Our website or surveys may collect:

- contact information including email address
- demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests
- attitudes and experiences relevant to clients’ efforts to design, market and provide products and services to their customers
What we do with the information we gather
The information collected on our website is exclusively used to reply to your inquiries.
In our surveys, we collect data to help our clients better understand the wants, needs, attitudes, opinions, and behavior of customers, consumers, constituents, and the general population. Our clients use this information to better understand your needs and provide you with better products and services. Your data is never directly used to customize a marketing appeal to you.
Survey responses (collected on our web server) are combined with those of other respondents to create aggregated results (i.e. percentages who said this or that, average of responses by men or women, etc.). We do not provide individual information or responses to any entities including our clients. Our clients will use this information to contact or respond directly to a respondent only if/when the respondent has given explicit permission to do so, for example, to resolve an issue that a respondent has raised. Note that we do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.

HINER & Partners does not use cookies. Neither visitors to our website nor participants in our web surveys are would be exposed to a cookie from HINER & Partners.

- Do not submit an inquiry via our website.
- If responding to a survey, your personal information will remain confidential to us and to our client, and you will not be contacted further about it unless you request action by our client, for example for a customer service issue.
